Payment 

Payments for orders are processed using Paypal and all major credit / debit cards are accepted.

PayPal lets customers shop online securely and conveniently using their debit or credit card, bank account or PayPal balance, without sharing their financial details with sellers.

You are not required to have a Paypal account and can pay for your order without having to register for an account.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment and we always endeavour to send goods out as soon as possible. 

In order to meet the needs of our customers, items can be delivered to an address other than the billing address.

 

United Kingdom

We use Royal Mail 1st class service which aims to deliver the next working day, therefore, you should receive your order within 1-2 working days of the dispatch date.

Delivery charges are as follows:

Orders below £20.00 - £3.00

Orders above £20.00 - free Royal Mail 1st Class delivery

 

Ireland

We use Royal Mail Airmail which aims to deliver within 3 working days and all orders are charged at £4.95

  

Returns 

We appreciate how difficult it can be making purchases online and therefore we offer a full refund if the evening clutch bag does not meet your needs.

Please note buyer pays return postage cost.

We are happy to refund or exchange goods so long as they are returned within 14 days of the order date and in the original packaging.

You do not have to provide a reason as to why the bag does not meet your needs, however, it would be helpful for our quality purposes if you could.
