Payment 

Payments for orders are processed using Paypal and all major credit / debit cards are accepted. PayPal lets customers shop online securely and conveniently using their debit or credit card, bank account or PayPal balance, without sharing their financial details with sellers. Please note you are not required to have a Paypal account and can pay for your order without having to register for an account. For more details about PayPal please visit https://www.paypal.co.uk/. 

Delivery

Delivery is free on all orders and there is no minimum spend.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment by Royal Mail 1st Class and you should receive your order 1-2 days after the dispatch date. We always endeavour to send goods out as soon as possible. No signature is required.

In order to meet the needs of our customers, items can be delivered to an address other than the billing address.  At the current time, we only supply to UK addresses.

Returns 

We appreciate how difficult it can be making purchases online and therefore we offer a full refund if the evening clutch bag does not meet your needs. Please note buyer pays return postage cost. We are happy to refund or exchange goods so long as they are returned within 14 days of the order date and in the original packaging. Returns should be sent to the following address:

You do not have to provide a reason as to why the bag does not meet your needs, however, it would be helpful for our quality purposes if you could.
