Payment

Payments for orders are processed using Paypal and all major credit / debit cards are accepted. You are not required to have a Paypal account. PayPal lets customers shop online securely and conveniently using their debit or credit card, bank account or PayPal balance, without sharing their financial details with sellers.

Prefer to pay offline?
Complete the checkout process (your invoice information and place your order pages) and select the 'cheque postal order form' on the payment page. Print the postal order form and send this with your cheque to Sassybags. If you are unable to print the postal order form, simply record your order ID and provide this along with your payment.

Delivery

Delivery is free on all orders and there is no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment by Royal Mail 1st Class and we always endeavour to send goods out as soon as possible. In order to meet the needs of our customers, items can be delivered to an address other than the billing address.

At the current time, we only supply to UK addresses.

Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange goods so long as they are returned within 14 days of the order date and in the original packaging. Returns should be sent to the following address:
